We urge you to complete your application as soon as possible as space is limited. The deadline is May 4th, 2024. Fees of $280.00 payable to Kalamazoo Chamber Music Workshop, should be included with the registration form.

If this is inconvenient, we are requiring a $140.00, non-refundable deposit to guarantee placement along with the registration. The $140.00 balance will be payable before or at final registration on June 16th, 2024. You may download and mail in the registration form below.
